SINGAPORE - Arrow Technologies (S) Pte Ltd has completed the acquisition of Millice Pte Ltd, an established and recognized distributor of capital equipment and materials into the microelectronics, semiconductor and life science industries. The deal, which was completed in late January, ensures a healthy future of growth and collaboration for years to come.
While consolidation of office space and some assets will take place, Millice Pte Ltd and Arrow Technologies (S) Pte Ltd will operate as two separate entities, due to the brand recognition in both of their names.
With the collaboration of both of these dynamic companies, we look to better serve our principles, customers and future customers in the future.
SINGAPORE – Millice Pte Ltd has added new technical sales staff in support of its growing Wafer Fabrication, Data Storage, and Packaging SBU. These new technicians will be responsible for sales in all of Millice’s ASEAN locations, as well as on-site servicing at existing and new customers.
