Solution growth method single crystal growing apparatus
The furnace grows single crystal(SiC, AlN, Transition metal etc.) on the melt interface by dipping a seed and in using the heat removal effect. Equipped with oil diffusion pump for high vacuum.

Bulk cultivatable sublimation apparatus
Best records grower for up to 8 inch SiC single crystal, with water-cooled double quartz tube for the ultra-high-temperature 2700℃. It is fully automatic controlled by a touch panel to do precise pressure control in a range of from 1 torr to atmosphere.
